I've been in the industry since 2011. Starting as a PT in a big box gym before moving to a smaller studio to develop my own personal training business.
I have completed an undergrad in sports science, many internships with the likes of WSSC, Cressey Sports Performance and Port Melbourne VFL.
In 2016 I opened Melbourne Strength Culture and have built an industry leading brand and team of coaches.
I no longer coach, as I am heavily involved in building our gym and brand to be the best it can be.
Since 2017 I have developed and lead multiple avenues for coach development with the strength and conditioning space. I began running in person internships, online coach development courses, business courses and mentorships.
Training Model is now the place where I hold majority of these education pieces. My plan is to teach younger coaches and business owners how to develop their systems and strategies for long term career progress.
