I started coaching in 2011 at 19. Early mornings, 6am cancellations, I did what most young coaches do sports science degree, internships in Australia & US, courses & more courses. I had information but struggled in application.
2016 I opened Melbourne Strength Culture. Three full-time coaches alongside me. General population, powerlifters, rehab and athletes. That's where these principles & coaching frameworks were built. It's not theory it's experience on the gym floor with real clients.
At the end of 2025 I closed the gym to go all in on helping coaches understand the principles that built my career. Coaches know enough, it's not a knowledge issue that holds them back, it's application and confidence in their own problem solving.
