I have 14 years working with everyone from new lifters and general population through to elite powerlifters and high performance athletes.
I have a keen interest in helping clients improve lifting technique and efficiency, specifically overcoming the niggles and limitations that are quietly holding them back from training and progressing long term.
My goal isn't just to get you a result. It's to make sure you understand the changes we make and the process we build, so you're better equipped to manage your own progression long term.

Common Questions
Yes β there is a minimum commitment of 6 weeks for online coaching. This gives us enough time to go through a proper onboarding, build your initial program and assess the initial changes to your training and lifting.
Yes, I can help work through and around most things. That said, if you're dealing with a serious injury that requires a full rehabilitation process, you may be better suited to a rehab professional first. Fill out the form and let's have an initial chat to work out if I'm the right fit for you.
Yes β after the minimum 6 weeks, all I need is 1 week's notice to cancel your direct debit.
Absolutely β you're more than welcome to book a 1-on-1 session first, no pressure to continue beyond that. Fill out the form and let's find a time. Note that 1-on-1 sessions are also available at a discount for active online coaching clients.
Preferably put together a Google Drive folder with the lifts you'd like me to look over, plus any additional information you think is relevant. I'll send a more specific outline once your call time is confirmed.
Absolutely. For in-person sessions this is not an issue at all. For online coaching, as long as you're willing to film your lifting and communicate with me, I'm here to help.
Yes β all programs are fully personalised to you, your availability to train, your goals and key outcomes. Adjustments will be made along the way to ensure you keep progressing.
